With a reputation for serving some of London’s best meat since the 1960s, it has a pedigree that cannot be sniffed at. The recently refurbished dining room oozes contemporary cool and the service cannot be matched.
For as little as £30 pounds you can enjoy three courses from the elegant set menu. Please note that because The Rib Room use the finest seasonal produce, the menu is subject to change.
Pea and ham velouté with slow cooked ham hock and roasted onion purée.
Pan seared sea trout cauliflowers florets, sweet and sour apple purée and curry sabayon.
Smoked chicken and truffle salad Jersey Royals potatoes, liver parfait, sherry and orange reduction.
Summer vegetable salad roasted shallots, Lincolnshire poacher cheese and carrot dressing (v)
Roast cod fillet; River Kennet crayfish tails, broad beans, peas broccoli, lobster and tomato essence.
Lamb cushion; slow cooked neck, shallot compote, wild mushrooms, baby carrots with marrow bone and caper sauce.
Loomswood duck; crispy leg, beetroot and blackberry purée, salt baked beets, truffle, honey glazed turnips and jus gras.
Roast rib of Aberdeen Angus from the Buccleuch Estate with Yorkshire pudding (170g)

Char grilled green and white asparagus with wild mushroom, crispy poached egg and roasted shallot velouté (v)
English strawberries clotted cream ice cream, biscotti, black pepper and vanilla caramel.
Doughnuts with strawberry jam and white chocolate sauce.
